    I'm Alice. I know about chronic stress and functional freeze, both from life as a paramedic and after a toxic relationship.

    Through yoga, mindset, somatic practices, breathwork, and science-backed tools, I rewired my system to live a rich, meaningful and healthy life, now I help others do the same.
